Lately I have been into eating things that are super plain, so this idea excited me greatly.

Yams on a baking sheet

WHOLE BAKED VEGGIES

  • Put oven to 400’F
  • Poke holes in veg with a fork or knife
  • Bake for 45(ish) minutes.
  • Take out, allow to cool and….
  • enJOY :)

If you so desire, you can put coconut oil on them before you put them in the oven.

Avoid using olive oil when cooking with high temperatures.

What’s bAdAss about this recipe is that it’s super low maintenance, plain and simple.

Oh how I love simplicity.
